Personal data protection

The protection of personal data of a buyer who is a natural person is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data.

eSoul s.r.o., registered office at Kurzova 2222/16, Stodůlky (Prague 13), 155 00 Prague, Company ID 17582571, declares that all personal data are treated as strictly confidential and are handled in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data, and the Terms and Conditions.

What data do we collect?

To work with you, we need your name (or company name, company ID and contact person), billing address, phone number and email address. We also keep a record of our collaboration and communication related to the projects we deliver.

What is the data used for?

We use your data to prepare quotes, conclude contracts, deliver projects, invoice and communicate with you. We obtain this data at the start of our collaboration, and since it is necessary for the performance of the contract, your explicit consent is not required.

Data obtained with your consent (e.g. for sending news or marketing communications) can be withdrawn at any time.

Scope of personal data and purposes of processing

We process personal data that you entrust to us yourself, for the following reasons (to fulfil these purposes):

Providing services, performance of a contract

we need your personal data in the following scope: first name and surname, phone, email, which are necessary for the performance of the contract.

Accounting

If you are a customer, we need your personal data (billing details) to comply with our legal obligation to issue and record tax documents.

Marketing – sending newsletters

We use your personal data (email and name), gender, what you click on in emails and when you most often open them for direct marketing – sending commercial communications. If you are our customer, we do so on the basis of legitimate interest, as we reasonably assume that our news interests you, for a period of 5 years.

If you are not our customer, we only send you newsletters based on your consent, for a period of 5 years. In both cases, you can withdraw this consent by contacting us.

Advanced marketing based on consent

Only with your consent may we also send you inspiring offers from third parties or use your email address, e.g. for remarketing and ad targeting on Facebook, for a period of 5 years. You can of course withdraw this consent at any time using our contact details.

Photo documentation, testimonials, live events, workshops

Only with your consent may we use your photos, testimonials, feedback, etc., until you withdraw your consent yourself.

We keep your personal data for the duration of the limitation periods, unless the law requires a longer retention period or we have stated otherwise in specific cases.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses necessary cookies and browser storage that remember your cookie, theme and portfolio filter choice and protect the contact form from spam. They do not need consent.

Only with your consent do we use analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which show us how you use the site. The data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited.

Only with your consent to marketing cookies do we use Leady (Saleskit), which uses the IP address to recognise which company visited the site and which pages it viewed, so we can offer it our services.

Consent lasts one year and you can change or withdraw it at any time in the , which also list every cookie. To be able to prove your consent, we record your choice with a random identifier, the time, language, page, a shortened IP address and the browser type for 3 years.

How can you influence the existence of this data?

You can edit or delete your data after logging in to your account. If you want all your information deleted, contact us at info@esoul.cz.
