// System integration & middleware

We connect your systems. Data flows on its own.

E-shop, ERP, CRM, accounting, warehouse, payment gateway - each system does its job, but together they don't get along. We build custom middleware and integrations that teach them to talk to each other. No manual retyping, no errors, no spreadsheets sent by email.

The problem

Sound familiar?

  • 01
You retype e-shop orders into your ERP by hand, and once a week something gets lost.
  • 02
Stock levels on the website don't match reality because the sync runs “overnight, if it works”.
  • 03
CRM and invoicing live in separate worlds, and sales can't see what has been invoiced.
  • 04
You want to replace one system, but everything is glued to it and nobody knows how.

This is exactly what we build an integration layer for - a middleman that transfers, converts and monitors your data.

What we connect

The systems we see most often at Czech companies - including the ones nobody else wants to touch.

  • 01

    ERP & accounting

ABRA Flexi, ABRA Gen, Pohoda, Money. Products, prices, stock, orders, documents.
  • 02

    E-commerce

Custom e-shops, WooCommerce, Shoptet. Two-way sync of catalogue, stock and orders.
  • 03

    CRM & marketing

HubSpot, Ecomail, Mailchimp. Customers, segments, events, campaigns.
  • 04

    Logistics & payments

Balíkobot, carriers, GoPay, Comgate, bank statement matching (Dativery).
  • 05

    Internal & industry systems

Third-party APIs, government registers, supplier XML/CSV feeds, legacy systems without an API.
  • 06

    AI & automation

Data enrichment, categorisation, document extraction (invoices, delivery notes).

Our approach

How we do it

  1. Flow analysis

We map where data originates, where it flows and where it gets lost. The output is a specification you can understand.
  2. Integration design

Real-time (webhooks) vs. batch (cron), what the source of truth is, what happens during an outage. We design the simplest solution that does the job.
  3. Development & testing

We build middleware in PHP/Laravel or Node.js, with logging of every transfer, queues and automatic retries on failure.
  4. Operation & monitoring

Monitoring, alerting, monthly reports. When a connection drops, we know before you do.

Why us

Why trust eSoul with your integration?

We build integrations that survive real-world operation - not just a demo.

  • 01

    We're not a box

No Make/Zapier with limits and monthly per-operation fees. Your own code that you own, that scales, and you don't pay for every row transferred.
  • 02

    We understand both sides

We build e-shops as well as backend systems, so we know what reality looks like at both ends of the wire.
  • 03

    We plan for failure

Networks go down, APIs change versions, data arrives broken. Our integrations survive it and let you know.
  • 04

    Documentation & handover

Every integration comes with documentation, so you're not dependent on us forever.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does an integration cost?

A simple connection (one direction, one system) starts at CZK 50,000. A two-way ERP ↔ e-shop sync typically starts at CZK 150,000. We give you an exact price after the analysis; a smaller one is free as part of the consultation.

What if the system has no API?

We work with XML/CSV feeds, FTP exchanges, direct database reads and UI automation. There is always a way - the only question is which one makes the most sense.

How long does it take?

A smaller integration takes 2–4 weeks, complex middleware 2–3 months.

What about operation and maintenance?

We offer an SLA with monitoring and a guaranteed response time, or a handover to your team with documentation.

Do your systems not get along?

Free consultation - we'll walk through your data flows and tell you what makes sense to connect and how much it costs.
